LMV
The LMV, designated Iveco-M 65E 19 WM, is a purpose built military vehicle which nonetheless benefits from the use of many commercial components. Rugged and higly mobile, it is designed to meet the stringent demands of military operations while providing a high level of ride crew comfort.
The growing demand for higly deployable forces has been taken into full account by the LMV design team. The Vehicle has a low, compact silhouette which allows its transportation with CH47. Carriage of two vehicles in C-130 is easily achieved.

BASIC CONCEPTS
The development of the PUMA was planned to obtain a complete family of light wheeled Armoured Fighting Vehicles, suitable for combat roles like:
- Reconnaissance, including NBC
- Anti Tank
as well as combat support roles like:
- Command Post
- Ambulance
PUMA 6X6
The PUMA vehicles were therefore designed to reach the following targets:
- Minimum weight and silhouette
- Optimised volumes of the crew compartment
- Standardisation of the main goups
- Versatility, i.e. suitability to several versions
